What is the best way to contact Customer Support?

The best way to contact our Support team is to start a conversation using the messenger. You can access the Messenger by clicking the small launcher in the bottom right corner of any page in the Help Centre, or by going to the Contact page of our website.

In the 'Home' page of the Messenger, you can either search the help centre, or start a conversation with our Support Bot, Chip. You can also view your previous messages in the Messages section.

If Chip cannot answer your question, you can choose to speak to a member of the team by selecting "Get more help", or by telling Chip that you would like to speak to a 'person' or 'human'.

A member of Customer Support will then be in contact via email to offer further support and advice.

Can you send us an email?

To ensure you get help as quickly as possible, use the Help Centre to search for help, or use the Messenger to start a conversation with Chip, the AI Support Bot.

If you are viewing this page on, just click the launcher in the bottom right corner of the page, and choose "Start a Conversation".

Can you speak to somebody on the phone?

Yes, you can speak with a member of the Customer Support team over the phone. Our team can converse in English, French, Spanish, and German.

There are always 2-4 people available Monday to Friday from 9am until 5pm GMT. There is also usually one person available to talk between 5pm and 10-11pm GMT each night.

We unfortunately are not available to take phone calls over the weekend.
