How can you download the app?
The app is currently unavailable to download on Apple devices, but may be available in the Google Play Store in your location. This is due to the rollout of a small-scale beta testing program.
How can you connect the app to your device?
The app can only be used with models from the 2023 range, and some of these may also require a firmware update in order to be compatible. There are also extra accessories that must be purchased before the door opener and mobile device can communicate. However, these items are currently not yet available for purchase.
You will need to contact Customer Support for more information regarding purchase of the radio communications accessories.
When will the app be released to the general public?
There is not yet a confirmed release date for the app and the necessary accessories.
How can you learn when the app is released?
You can contact Customer Support and ask to be added to the waiting list, and you should receive an update when the app is available for purchase. Alternatively, keep an eye on our website, as the radio communications accessories will be available for purchase as soon as the app is ready.
