NOTE: The ChickenGuard App Kit is currently not yet available for purchase, and is still in the beta testing stage. Talk to Customer Support to be added to the waitlist and be one of the first to hear when the kit is released.
The first thing you need to do when you download the ChickenGuard App is create an account. (You will need to create a new account even if you created an account while making an order on our website.)
Step 1
Open the App and tap "Sign Up".
Step 2
Type your email into the Email box and tap to agree to the Terms & Conditions.
Tap "Continue".
Step 3
An email will be sent to your email address, with a link to the Create a Password page. You can carry out this next step on your phone, tablet, or computer.
Step 4
Click on "Create Password" to be taken to the Create Password page.
Step 5
Type a password into the Password box, and click "Done" when you are happy.
Step 6
Now go back to the app and tap on the "Exit" arrow in the top left corner.
Step 7
You will be taken back to the first page. Tap on "Log In".
Step 8
Enter your new login details in the Email and Password boxes.
Tap "Log In" at the bottom of the screen.
Step 9
You will be taken to a new page, where you will see that there are no devices yet set up.
