NOTE: The ChickenGuard App Kit is currently not yet available for purchase, and is still in the beta testing stage. Talk to Customer Support to be added to the waitlist and be one of the first to hear when the kit is released.
The LUX Settings option in the app is exactly the same as the "LUX Adjustments" option in the Door Opener's settings menu.
Changing the Open value
1. To select the Open value, tap the MENU button. Two small cursors will highlight the value.
2. Tap the UP and DOWN arrows to change the value.
3. When you are happy, tap the MENU button, and you will be taken back to the Home Page.
Changing the Close value
1. To select the Close value, tap the DOWN arrow. The cursor will move next to the word "Close".
2. Tap the MENU button. Two small cursors will highlight the value.
3. Tap the UP and DOWN arrows to change the value.
4. When you are happy, tap the MENU button, and you will be taken back to the Home Page.
Taking a Reading
1. To highlight the Read option, tap the DOWN arrow twice.
2. Tap the MENU button to take a light reading. The value of the light level at your coop will replace the word "Read".
3. Tap the DOWN arrow to move the cursor to "EXIT", then tap the MENU button to be taken back to the Home Page.
Exiting the LUX Settings page
1. To leave the LUX Settings page, tap the DOWN button until the small cursor is next to the word "EXIT".
2. Tap the MENU button while "EXIT" is highlighted, and you will be taken back to the Home Page.
