I haven't received an order confirmation email.

If you have not received an order confirmation email, this can be due to either a spelling mistake in the email address at checkout, or due to your Email platform's privacy settings.

Please check your Junk or Spam folder.

If you still cannot find anything from ChickenGuard, talk to the Customer Support team, letting them know the name, address, and email address used to make the order.

They will then be able to confirm the status of your order.

I haven't received any tracking information.

How can I cancel an order?

If you would like to cancel an order, talk to the Customer Support team via chat or email, or call them for more urgent cancellations on +44 1223 855636 / +1 855-383-0430.

Let them know the order number, your name, address, and email address, and they will be able to check the status of your order to determine whether it can still be cancelled.

If it is too late to cancel the order, you can either refuse delivery*, or return the item once you have received it.

*If you refuse a delivery, please contact the Customer Support team to let them know, so that a refund can be arranged when the order returns to our warehouse.

How can I return an order?

To return an order, talk to the Customer Support team, letting them know your order number and the name, address, and email address used to make the order.

A member of the team will then be able to advise how to return the item, and will arrange for a full refund when the item is received at our warehouse.

Orders can only be returned within 21 days of ordering, and the product must be unused and in the original packaging.

UK: UK orders are shipped from our Cambridge HQ, and we expect orders to be with customers within 2-5 days of ordering.

Europe: All Europe orders are shipped from our warehouse in The Netherlands, and we expect orders to be with our customers within 2-5 days of ordering.

US: US orders are shipped from our California warehouse, and we expect orders to be with our customers within 3-10 days of ordering.

Canada: Canada orders are shipped from our California warehouse, and we expect orders to be with our customers within 5-10 days of ordering.
