All Mark-4 models come with a silicon seal in the screw pack, which has to be pressed into the front panel. The installation instructions in your user manual will explain this.

It is made of a soft white silicon and some customers refer to it as spaghetti due to its' shape.

However, Mark-5 models have a slightly different type of seal, and these are installed into the base of the unit during production.

So, if you have received an S5, P5, X5, or PRO unit, and do not have a white silicone seal in your screw pack, don't worry! You don't need one!

If your Mark-4 Standard, Premium, or Extreme model has arrived without a seal in the packet, talk to the Customer Support team for assistance.
